Sony Venice
The Sony VENICE is a high-end digital cinema camera with a full-frame 36x24mm CMOS sensor, offering over 15 stops of dynamic range and dual native ISO of 500 and 2500. It supports internal X-OCN and ProRes recording formats and features interchangeable lens mounts (PL and E-mount), built-in ND filters, and dual menus for flexibility.
The VENICE 2 upgrades to an 8.6K full-frame sensor with 16 stops of dynamic range and dual ISO of 800 and 3200. It offers internal recording in X-OCN and ProRes formats, improving usability without external recorders. The camera maintains compatibility with the original VENICE accessories, making it an ideal tool for professional filmmakers.
